Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to reduce transit times
- Track and trace shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory allocation
- Analyze shipping KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
