Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic/international freight
- Manage customs documentation, bills of lading, and compliance forms
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier partnerships
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
- Build relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
