- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and negotiate freight rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Certification in hazardous materials shipping (DOT/IATA) preferred
- Expert knowledge of customs clearance procedures
- Strong analytical skills for cost optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
