Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and routes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve customs clearance and compliance issues proactively
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate shipment records and client communications
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required
