Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ocean freight)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve customs compliance issues and prepare export documentation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and KPI improvements
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized logistics solutions for enterprise clients
- Implement and optimize TMS/WMS software workflows
- Lead weekly logistics review meetings with department heads
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination with tech industry experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (Oracle Transportation Management preferred)
- Certified Customs Broker or ISTA shipping certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Forklift certification a plus
