Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for domestic and international shipments
- Manage transportation documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate delays
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient load planning
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
