Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international freight
- Optimize routes and carriers to minimize costs and transit times
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipping databases
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle Transportation, Descartes)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
