Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to prevent shipping delays
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate packing and labeling
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Generate shipping reports and analyze performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with carriers and vendors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export/import regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience a plus
