Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking using WMS software systems
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international freight
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize carrier performance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and carrier networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and TMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CTL) preferred
- Strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities
