Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and tracking updates
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to verify inventory accuracy
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries proactively
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Utilize TMS software to track shipments and generate reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
