Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs, manifests, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams regarding delays or issues.
- Manage inventory levels related to shipping materials.
- Process purchase orders and track shipments using logistics software.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs is required.
- Austin, TX residency preferred.
