Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve customs compliance issues and prepare export documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize urgent delivery schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking for clients
- Train staff on new logistics software and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
