Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Optimize routing to minimize transit times and shipping costs
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and hazardous materials protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve delivery exceptions
- Generate shipping reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or supply chain role
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- OSHA Hazmat certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
