Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Prepare commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly shipping reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
