Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with domestic/international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL carriers and shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel required)
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
