Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Liaise with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international trade regulations
- Train junior staff on shipping protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with ERP/WMS experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazmat regulations, and export compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required
