Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, rail, truck)
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking and documentation accuracy
- Resolve shipping delays and customs clearance issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and international teams
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and hazardous material regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
