Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier assignments
- Manage inventory documentation and shipping paperwork
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for order accuracy
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
