- Process customs paperwork and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve transit issues and delays
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and requirements

Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of DOT/FMC regulations and international shipping
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant logistics certification preferred (e.g., CPLT)
- Valid Colorado driver's license required
