Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate carrier contracts for cost efficiency
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking systems and resolve transit delays proactively
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards
- Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or supply chain management experience
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Certified Customs Broker or relevant logistics certification highly desirable
- Proficiency in Incoterms 2020 and international shipping documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex logistics issues
- Strong data analysis capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
