Responsibilities

- <li>Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.</li>
- <li>Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.</li>
- <li>Track shipments in real-time and communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders immediately.</li>
- <li>Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff to resolve logistics challenges.</li>
- <li>Maintain accurate records of shipping logs, inventory levels, and delivery receipts.</li>
- <li>Optimize shipping routes and costs to improve overall supply chain efficiency.</li>

Qualifications

- <li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.</li>
- <li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination role.</li>
- <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).</li>
- <li>Strong understanding of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.</li>
- <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.</li>
- <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.</li>
- <li>Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.</li>
