Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize shipping routes
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions for delays or damages
- Prepare cost analysis reports and identify opportunities for logistics optimization
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate monthly performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent; Supply Chain certification preferred
