Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for ocean, air, and ground freight
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Resolve shipping delays and communicate proactively with stakeholders
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping routes
- Ensure compliance with TSA, FDA, and international trade regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs clearance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Relevant degree or certification in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable for Miami market
