Your Mission
As our Shipping Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all outbound logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs, inventory movements, and delivery statuses.
- Optimize shipping routes and carrier selections to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and shipping procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or logistics software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, DOT regulations, and hazardous material handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
