Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure timely delivery compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customized shipping solutions
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
