Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and freight tracking
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Comply with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance requirements for international shipments
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve logistical issues
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with carriers to reduce costs
- Generate shipping reports and maintain accurate logistics documentation
- Implement continuous improvements to supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, FMC)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
