Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and rail carriers
- Manage order processing, documentation (BOLs, customs forms), and tracking systems
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve freight discrepancies and escalate carrier issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cross-docking activities
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazardous materials regulations
- Excellent Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Associate degree in supply chain or related field preferred
