Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming goods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
