Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to company standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
