Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and verify stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all workstations meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, checking for damage and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
