Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory logging.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
