Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Complete daily shift logs and paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
