Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts and equipment.
- Accurately organize and stack inventory to maximize space efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Zero Experience Needed: Must be willing to learn and complete our training program.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
