Responsibilities
- Receive and Inspect: Verify incoming shipments and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items for orders and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels using our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on-site).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform final quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
