Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and documenting inventory discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all 5S safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, time sheets, and shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and recording inventory.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required. We teach you everything you need to know!
