Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment attachments.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Accurately document inventory movements and report any damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
