About the Role
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for damages or defects before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
