Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety guidelines and weight limits.
- Report any damaged goods, missing items, or equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick tickets and safety instructions.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
