Your Role
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Inspect products for quality issues and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting items.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
