Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verifying product quantities, labels, and packaging quality before shipment.
- Labeling, sealing, and preparing packages for delivery to customers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
