Job Overview:
Our facility operates 24/7 to meet high-volume demands. In this role, you will utilize advanced warehouse technology to process orders rapidly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage racks using RF scanners and pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Label, stamp, and affix shipping information to all packages accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report discrepancies to team leads.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
