Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment damage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload delivery trucks with precision and care.
- Process returns and manage inventory discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick lists and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (if driving internal vehicles).
