Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and shipping guidelines with high accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of all picked items to minimize errors and returns before dispatch.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly and goods are securely fastened for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
