Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and destination details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
