Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantities and quality against work orders.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) to input inventory data.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for order labels.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
