Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, weigh, and inspect items before packing them into boxes for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records in the system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
