Responsibilities
- Select and Retrieve: Pick products from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and Label: Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that orders match pick tickets to minimize errors.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and warehouse floors clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Equipment: Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
