Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipment.
- Inspect goods for damages and report any inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable with a history of good attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
