Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull warehouse inventory products based on customer order sheets.
- Securely pack items into boxes, cartons, or pallets to ensure safe transit.
- Scan barcodes and label packages accurately using handheld RF scanners.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform routine quality control checks to identify damaged or incorrect items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a picker packer, warehouse worker, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas, TX warehouse facility.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime and extended shifts when required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
