Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and pack products for customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Material Handling: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude.
